Meet Annie—a quilter, maker, gardener, cook, canner, and official defender of all things scrappy! 🌈✂️

Annie has been quilting since 2014, when she discovered quilting through a friend doing English Paper Piecing. She started with hand quilting and EPP before adding machine piecing and free-motion quilting to her creative toolbox. Along the way, she’s developed a love for Sashiko, hand embroidery, bag making, garment construction, and—of course—RAINBOW SCRAPPY QUILTS! 🌈

And Annie doesn’t just save scraps. She rescues them. 😂
She has been known to fish perfectly good scraps right back OUT of the trash bin after another quilter has tossed them away. Because in Annie’s world, there is no such thing as “just a scrap.” There’s only a future quilt waiting to happen!

Her creativity doesn’t stop at fabric. Annie is an avid gardener, and when she’s not quilting, you might find her turning produce and berries from her garden into something delicious in the kitchen—or something preserved for later. 🌱🍅🥫

Annie brings curiosity, creativity, and a playful sense of possibility to everything she makes. And if you leave her class with a new appreciation for color, scraps, and things that might have otherwise been thrown away… well, she’s done her job! 😉
