Adrienne Knodel
I have been sewing for over 30 years and quilting for nearly just as long. My journey with quilting began in high school, thanks to my mom’s influence—and it quickly turned into a lifelong passion. One of my earliest projects was a hand-sewn wall hanging she made as part of a graduation assignment, and I haven’t stopped stitching since.
Over the years, I have created countless quilts, with traditional styles being my favorite. I am also a certified QuiltSmart Instructor and previously owned a quilt shop from 2020 to 2024, where I enjoyed helping others discover the joy of quilting and fabric.
After closing my shop, I turned my attention to something I have always loved—hosting quilting retreats. These retreats offer a chance to step away from everyday responsibilities and spend time in a comfortable, creative space with other quilters. The retreat includes a cozy house for resting and a spacious sewing room designed for sewing, sharing, and connecting.
My goal is to create a welcoming, low-pressure environment where quilters of all levels can feel inspired and supported—whether you’re finishing up a big project or just enjoying time with your fabric and friends.
