Food Information *	I agree to the following: Flying Geese Retreat is happy to do our best to accommodate guests with documented food allergies. Please include any food allergies on your registration form so we can plan accordingly. While we make every effort to provide safe and thoughtful options, our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contact. At this time, we are only able to accommodate medically necessary food allergies. We are unable to accommodate individual food preferences, dislikes, or elective dietary restrictions. Our meals are prepared to be well-rounded and satisfying, with a variety of food groups offered at each meal so guests can build a plate that works for them. Rather than single-dish meals, we serve balanced options designed to ensure everyone has plenty to enjoy and that no one leaves the table hungry. If you have questions about whether we can support your allergy needs, please reach out prior to registering and we will be glad to discuss options with you.
